14 | The Creative Experience

From the desire to innovate corporate training experiences and learning journeys, I co-founded the corporate training agency The Creative Experience.
The agency delivers customised creativity and innovation workshops catered to multi-national clients across Asia. As a team we were able to build a recognizable brand, a group of very inspirational trainers and new training solutions for the market.
Key achievements include driving revenue gains and brand awareness through intelligent use of social media and digital marketing campaigns, setting up the business and closing deals with clients including KPMG, Hewlett Packard, StarHub, Singapore Power, Singapore Management University, JLL, Singapor Airlines and many others. In April 2015 the business was acquired by another learning provider.

As the owner and principal consultant of the education consultancy Kalani, I was able to work on exciting projects and with clients like JFDI Asia, Freestate Productions and Hyper Island.
Through this role, I was able to assist clients in a variety of ways drawing from past professional experiences and developing business setup, expansion, marketing, student recruitment and quality assurance plans.
Key achievements include setting up the business for global higher education client Hyper Island as local subsidy - a global digital media school invited to set up in Singapore by the Economic Development Board (EDB), managing and successfully obtaining private education quality assurance programmes and developing key academic, industry and government partnerships.

As a former alumni of SAE in Germany and Head of Marketing, PR and Film with SAE in Belgium, it was an honour and a real pleasure to be able to work with the local team to transform the brand, business and campus here in Singapore.
Key achievements include increasing the student numbers by 80% over 3 years, planning and executing three school expansions and a campus relocation of 10,000 sqf with beautiful media studios and putting in place exciting partnerships with Apple, Adobe, SSL Asia, Edelman, Middlesex University and many others.
